Lead times
All of our products are made by hand and to order. This allows us to adapt each product to the customer's needs and make changes if necessary.
Steel: 6-8 weeks
Brass: 6-8 weeks
Copper: 7-9 weeks
Your order can be rushed. Rush orders typically will reduce a lead time in half. Rush orders require pre-approval atris and are dependent on production capacity. An additional rush fee is 20%.
Please contact us order@atris.design, specifying the required shipment date, and we will confirm whether it is possible.
Maintenance
All our products are handmade and come in natural finish, without any protective lacquers. We see oxidation as part of a process that adds patina to an object, making it more beautiful over time.
We make sure that all products leave our production in their original state, but sometimes products may come with minor traces of oxidation. In such cases, we recommend that you clean these traces using this cleaning instruction, or contact atelier atris. All installation instructions provided in the product box contain cleaning instructions.

Сancellation & return
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so in writing via email to order@atris.design within 48 hours of the time the order was placed. All delivery charges are non-refundable.
All atris items are handmade and are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns of any kind.
Shipping
We ship to almost every country and city in the world.
The cost of ground shipping is included in the price. Normally it takes from 14 to 30 days.
Express delivery service is available. Typically it takes within 5 business days. An additional fee will be charged.
Customization
Most of atris designs can be customized.
We can change the material, size or shape, engrave, etch or cut a pattern, change the finish, paint the metal, change the color of the wire, lengthen it or replace it with a metal rod. In general, just about anything to make the fixtures fit the design concept.

Warranty
We offer a one year limited warranty that protects against mechanical defects and technical failures. Affected items will be repaired or replaced.
Material samples
You can purchase metal, stone and glass samples. Each is $9 plus shipping. Email us at order@atris.design with what samples you’d like and a shipping address and we’ll send you an invoice.
Payments
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express) and PayPal via our site or emailed invoice. Service fees may apply.
